Consultations are set up at least 24 hours in advance.

We schedule calls generally in the following time periods (CST).
Mon-Thurs:    7:00 am-3:00 pm
Wed:            6:00 pm-9:00 pm
Sat:             8:00 am-11:00 am
Sun:            2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Cost:
    30 minutes for $30.00
    45 minutes for $45.00
     1 hour for $60.00

Minimum charge: $30

Simply choose the time you need with Kay.   You will be taken to Paypal where you may pay with your credit card.   After you pay, we will call or email to set up a time for the consultation.  If you need more than one hour, please make multiple purchases.

Terms & Conditions  (the fine print)

Upon receipt of your payment for the phone consultation, we will try to contact you as soon as possible, via email or phone, to set up the phone consultation.  We are generally unable to provide immediate telephone consultations and must schedule them several days in advance.

At our discretion, and according to our criteria, we reserve the right not to schedule consultations, even with persons who solicit them according to our terms and criteria.  If, for any reason, a telephone call is engaged in with a person inquiring about our services, or with a client, and the caller insists in directing the dialog to matters outside of our acceptable parameters and stipulations, we reserve the right to terminate the call.  

We recommend the client determine beforehand how much time he or she will need for a consultation, to adequately describe the matter to allow for an adequate response, and for the further questions, explanations, and clarifications that generally ensue;and that he or she purchase that amount of time, or more.   If, at the end of our consultation, the client wishes to order more, another consultation can be scheduled at that time and the client is responsible for paying (via the buttons above) before the next scheduled time.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all local and national telephone consultation calls will be initiated by the client.   Due to other calls and scheduling, if a client calls outside the agreed-upon time and arrangements, we reserve the right to not take the call and let it revert to voice mail even though there is time available on the caller's account.  To best serve all our clients, phone consultations cannot and will not be extended for any reason or accepted outside of the scheduled times.

If you missed your scheduled telephone consultation call, you are entitled to re-schedule one time.   If you miss the first and second scheduled calls, there will be no refund.  If we re-schedule the call due to unforeseen circumstances, there is no penalty to the caller.
