Package B   Wedding Week Wrap-up & A La Carte Services (additional)
 (Dallas and Metroplex brides only)

This service offers:

• Initial meeting to review all services contracted by the bride
• One meeting with ceremony and reception site to coordinate details
• Provide a wedding week agenda and contact list for the professionals
• Coordinate with the bride a rehearsal sheet for attendants timing on wedding day
• Wedding week- personally contact each vendor contracted- provide map if needed
• All wedding items-book, pen, portrait, cake knife, and programs to appropriate places
• Attend and direct the rehearsal
• Distribute any final payments to vendors during the wedding weekend
• Wedding Day coordination up to 8 hours
• Arrive at ceremony site- prior to bride- to check on details and décor
• Assist with dressing of bride, attendants and flower distribution
• Provide a wedding day emergency kit for the bride and wedding party
• Assist the ushers with seating of the guests and also ceremony processional
• Coordinate all details and timing with the photographer and videographer
• Assist with all details and timeline at the reception: bride/groom entrance, First dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss
• Coordinate all departure items for the family- gifts, cake, book, portrait, pens
• Plus any other items to send home with friends or family

Services are limited to those specified above.

Al la Carte
Optional extra services can be added to Package B if needed. An hourly rate of $70.00 an hour will be applied to the following extra services

-Need assistance in obtaining a few final wedding professional vendors
-Groom and his family need direction in planning the rehearsal dinner
-Need assistance in selecting the menu, final floor plan and linens
-Assist with bridal gown fittings and bridal portrait
-Assist in wording all wedding related material- invitation, party invitations, programs
-Need transportation set up for wedding party
-Set up of hospitality room for the wedding guest
-Management of guest list and responses
-Assistance with guest favors
-Assistance in setting up guest accommodations
-Delivering of the guest gift baskets to each hotel
-Picking up the bridal dress- to be taken to the church
-Return of the tux to the shop following wedding weekend
-Return cake structure items to cake business following wedding weekend
